13:15-13:50 | Conceptualising research-based teaching in higher education drawing on a recent project on integrating research and teaching in higher education, Dr Marie Ryberg will introduce us to a conceptual framework for research-based teaching, followed by discussions. |

14:40-14:50 | Research-based teaching in lab work From the laboratory context, Professor Kirsten Christoffersen will be sharing insights from practice, where a course in Arctic biology provides students with authentic research experiences, including fieldwork in Greenland. Participants will be discussing various aspects of research-based teaching in this context. |

15:00-15:30 | Research-based teaching in lab work From the laboratory context, Dr Henrik Pedersen will be sharing experiences of developing researchbased teaching in a physics laboratory, followed by discussions and contextualisation across science disciplines. |
