The Oxford Centre for Staff and Learning Development (OCSLD) at Oxford Brookes University in the UK is working on plans to create and deliver a one year online postgraduate qualification for educational developers and others who work with higher education teaching staff to:
develop teaching practice and scholarship;
design curricula and improve students' learning experiences;
lead educational change.
We are working closely with the Staff & Educational Development Association (SEDA) in the development of the programme with a view to aligning it with their process for Fellowship professional recognition. We are now asking for your views on our proposals at this early stage to inform our next step developments. Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions.
