The Center for Computing Education Research, CCER, at the IT University of Copenhagen offers a Post Doctoral position in the context of the 'Supporting Diversity via Inclusive Teaching/Learning Activities' project under DIREC.
The position is time-limited to one year, with the possibility (no guarantee) of extension for up to one more year.
The candidate will work with identifying, analyzing, testing, comparing, and proliferating Danish initiatives aimed at increasing and supporting diversity in the context of Danish Computer Science educational programs. This involves recruitment, onboarding, and retention of diverse students (e.g., female students or minority groups).
Working knowledge of Danish (Scandinavian) language is an advantage since it involves, among other things, reading documents in Danish and interaction with the study administration. A relevant PhD degree is required along with a record of publishing in international peer-reviewed journals and/or conference proceedings. Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods is an advantage.
