Maria Hvid Stenalt has spent several years researching the motivation of university students and educators to engage in digital teaching-learning interactions, both as a research field and as a university pedagogical consultant.
She has recently written the handbook "Onlineundervisning: En praksisnær guide til planlægning, gennemførelse og evaluering" together with Special Consultant Dorte Sidelmann Rossen from Aarhus University, published by Samfundslitteratur in 2022. And has recently published “A Method for Investigating Digital Interactions from the Students' Perspective” (2022) and “Researching Student Agency in Digital Education as if the Social Aspects Matter: Students' Experience of Participatory Dimensions of Online Peer Assessment” (2021).
Are you looking to engage your students through digital activities? What should you do? This webinar sheds light on how educators can design and facilitate meaningful digital interactions in teaching.
In this webinar, we delve into the advice provided in the DUT guide, which combines digital technologies with knowledge of student motivation. Building on this guidance, we explore concrete examples and provide participants with a method to gain insight into what digital interactions demand of students and how they impact them.
Join this DUO about meaningful digital teaching-learning interactions and gain:
We will facilitate an activity where participants "rate" various digital interactions and subsequently explore how these interactions can be adapted to enhance their value.
