In the webinar we will present a short summary of the theoretical concepts and the key points from the paper “The ideal philosophy student”. This will be the starting point for common discussions with the participants on how these insights can be used in other educational contexts. The webinar will be an interactive opportunity to engage with questions like: What characterizes “the ideal student” within your study programmes(s)? In which ways do these ideals contribute to in- and exclusions of certain students? What can we do if we want to unpack and maybe change our ideals, norms and practices in order to better include a diverse group of students?
