Description:
Continuous Competence Development, what works?
Open online DUN meeting about the continuous competence development of experienced VIPs under the heading: Continuous competence development, what works?
The idea for the meeting originated from discussions in the SIG 'Network for University Pedagogy', but since almost all SIGs deal with themes relevant to the continuous competence development of experienced academic staff, we want to gather all good initiatives and experiences.
Background and purpose:
The requirement for continuous competence development for all academic staff in “stillingsstrukturen” from 2019 led to various development processes, discussions and evaluations being initiated at universities.
Now that we have experiences and data collected from initial experiences at the respective universities, we can ask the question: What works?
The purpose of the meeting is to share experiences across the universities about which initiatives and approaches that work for ongoing pedagogical competence development for experienced academic staff and thereby to qualify the work of the academic developers in our respective units.
Preliminary topics:
Presentation and discussion of experiences and studies that collectively shed light on
If you would like to share experiences, data or something else for inspiration, please contact les@hum.ku.dk.
A more detailed program will be prepared when the organizing group has an overview of what interesting input is available.
Greetings from the organizing group
