Acknowledging our biases is uncomfortable. But unless we do so, we limit novelty and we risk affecting others and ourselves through discrimination and stereotypes.

Without bias mitigation, teaching, learning and institutional structures and practices undermine solidarity, peace and social justice. This webinar is not one-off unconscious bias training, about which there is increasing caution, but rather the opportunity to review and share approaches and ideas which may be transferrable interculturally and globally.

The workshop is particularly targeted at colleagues teaching and working in international Higher Education, HE, Institutions but, if you work outside of HE and think the webinar will be relevant for your organisation you are welcome to register.

The workshop is part of the Link Arrow 'Solidarity, Pease and Social Justice' series related to the EADI/ISS conference which was postponed to 2021.
