Target group: Stakeholders from the Nordic countries that are engaged in teaching and learning, policymaking, and quality assurance in higher education.
The conference will highligt different practices for how to strengthen the role of teaching and learning, enhance the quality and support the role of the teacher. Policy makers, researchers and practitioners will present innovative perspectives on the topic.
In addition to a plenary session, the conference is structured along four thematic questions:
- Excellence: how to stimulate excellent teaching and learning environments?
- Merit rating systems: a way to enhance teaching and learning in higher education?
- Pedagogics: how to strengthen pedagogic competences to enhance teaching and learning?
- The PhD: how to enhance the educational aspects of the degree?
