The Danish School of Education, DPU, Faculty of Arts at Aarhus University invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the research project 'Geographies of Internationalisation: How does internationalisation affect the perception of quality, relevance and learning in higher education?' financed by the Independent Research Fund Denmark.

The project team explores six common instruments used for internationalisation: Inbound Mobility, Outbound Mobility, English as a medium of instruction, International Specialisation, Internationalisation at Home, and Mobility of Researchers. The primary task of the postdoc will be to conduct fieldwork and analyse the two instruments Inbound Mobility and English Medium Instruction, EMI using a spatial approach.

The postdoc is expected to:

  • develop an independent research agenda related to the project topic
  • collaborate and co-author articles with the other project members
  • initiate and organise activities with the project group, affiliated students, and the academic world at large.
