You are kindly invited to take part in an expert research exercise, as part of the EMBED (European Maturity model for Blended EDucation) Project. EMBED is aimed at developing a maturity model for blended education to help institutions and educators assess their current level of, and next steps in blended teaching and learning.
Last year we developed a draft maturity framework, based on a review of the literature research and dozens of interviews. The next step for the EMBED project is to validate this framework using the opinion of experts in the field of blended education. For this reason, we would like to ask you if you would be interested in contributing to the validation of the maturity model. Because the model covers both the micro-level (courses and programs) and meso-level (institutions), we are looking for lecturers, directors, (vice-) rectors, educational advisors, managers, policy officers and other relevant roles within educational institutes.
The validation of the model will take place in two rounds. In each round you will receive an online questionnaire. It will take approximately 60 minutes to complete each questionnaire. The first round will start on 21 November 2018 and end on 12 December 2018. The second round will start on 16 January 2019 and end on 6 February 2019.
We hope that you will be happy to share your knowledge, and we are looking forward to your expert opinion.
